A Note From Our Founder
Why I Created Me to Me
Before I ever dreamed of creating Me to Me, I was the child who needed something like it.
I know what it means to carry experiences too heavy for a child. As a survivor, I also know what it means to be seen, heard, and supported when your world feels uncertain.
A Children's Advocacy Center became part of my story.
I went on to serve in the Army, build a career, travel the world, and experience a life a little girl from the Northside of Tyler, TX couldn't yet imagine.
Years later, I wrote a letter to that little girl — the version of me who couldn't yet see how far she would go.
That letter became the heart of The Me to Me Foundation.
Me to Me exists so children navigating difficult chapters can experience joy, discover new possibilities, celebrate who they are, and imagine who they can become.
A child's story should never end with what happened to them.
